Our small group sessions will get you moving and ease your niggles. Our private 1-1 sessions will dig deeper and use a system called 4-quadrant stability to connect your brain and body.

You’ll begin with a one-on-one Consult session to assess where you’re starting from. Then, you can choose from over 50 classes each week including our tailored 360 Studio Pilates plus group Reformer, Tower and Vibe Pilates.

You’ll be moving better and feeling stronger in no time!

Q Do I have to book?

Yes, all sessions must be booked in advanced either online or by calling us.

Q How many people are there per session?

Our 360 Studio Pilates classes have max 3 people as each session is tailored to you.

Our Group Pilates classes - Reformer has max 5 people & Tower/Vibe has max 4 people.

Q I've never done Pilates before, is it suitable for beginners?

100% yes! We tailor all classes to your level, so you get the best from each and every one.

Q How do I get started?

You'll start wioth a one-on-one Consult session. We'll use this session to get to know you, your goals & assess how you're currently moving. Then, we can recommend which of our classes would be best for you.

Our Pilates Starter Program is a great option to get you started, it includes your Consult and first 8 classes.
