That Spirited Lot Distillers is a boutique family distillery located in Seaford, Victoria and is run by brothers Jon-Paul (JP) & Chris (Krill) Willigenburg and their sister-in-law Kate Barton. After separate careers in IT, Wine and Fashion, That Spirited Lot is the product of a lifelong dream to work together.
The team are currently focused on producing a range of Single Shot, Pot Distilled Gins produced from wine they collect from the local wine regions of the Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Valley.
Expect to see them produce a mix of the old classics and some experimental new age distillates.

What can I expect from a Tour Booking
Come along and hangout with us and our pretty little still Doris to get an honest and open view on what it takes to produce quality spirits in Australia. We like to have a little fun and we have a No Question is a Stupid Question policy.
Be prepared to get hands on if we are distilling.
Oh yeah... You get to taste our yum spirits!
If you have been dragged along & spirits aren't your thing we also have coffee & tea available so you can get caffeinated while we waffle on about all things distillation.
