You can return an item, for faulty or damaged items, within 30 days of receipt.*
We will require either photo proof of the faulty item or provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post pack in which to return it to the appropriate seller. You will then be offered a replacement or repair of the faulty item or a full, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, eg. your credit card.
As all items are made to order no refunds or exchanges for change of mind!
If for any reason a product you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will also refund you via your credit card or offer you a store credit to the same value, and in this case any shipping costs will be refunded.
To request a refund or credit due to faulty or damaged item, the following steps must be completed.
Your refund or seller store credit application will be reviewed and responded to within 72 hours of submission.
Your refund, replacement product, or seller store credit will be issued within 48 hours of approval.
The customer is liable for any shipping costs incurred for the returning of products to the seller.
