I’m Pauline Pawsey and I am the Creater, Founder and Owner of Sports Admin Plus.
We provide high level consulting and Board Assistance, training programmes, tools to ensure that all volunteers hold the appropriate accreditations for their role and manage the processing of registrations, among other things.
With over 40 years of volunteering at various sports and in various roles, as well as 5 years management of a Junior Football League and now 4 years managing my business where I've been an Operations Manager of Senior & Junior Football Leagues, Managed Senior Basketball Competitions as well as been Secretary, Registrar & Compliance Managers of football and basketball clubs, and also assisting at Board Level, I'm well equipped to assist in roles of all sorts.
While I live in Melbourne, I work remotely so can assist any sporting entity across the country.
