We realised a long time ago the importance of giving our customers more visibility of where their grain comes from.
In todays fast paced environment we sometimes eat without the knowledge of where or how our food is made.
We strive to produce bread and pastry that is not only delicious, but nutritionally dense.
At The Flour House we do this by milling locally sourced Victorian grain, using our stone mill we imported from Europe.

Yes, everything is baked fresh at 3 Graham Road, sometimes only minutes before you receive it, quite often it is still warm.
We also mill our own flour from locally source grain from Victorian Farmers.
