Empowering children, teenagers and adults through reiki healing, massage, meditation, yoga, space clearing, reiki workshops as well as tween and teenager empowerment workshops.

Trinette Charleson, the founder of Empowered Warrior 1, is a fully qualified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Newlife Seichim Sekhem Reiki Teacher, Body Worker, Intuitive Healer, Meditation Teacher, Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Space Clearer, who is currently undertaking her studies in Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine/Dietetics)

Trinette has treated clients for approximately fifteen years across Melbourne, more recently settling in the South Eastern Suburbs.

Over the years she has facilitated various Women’s Empowerment Workshops, Meditation and Reiki Healings.  

Trinette has recently retired as a Senior Sergeant in Victoria Police having served 26 years, where she was directly exposed to children, adolescents and adults who have been directly exposed to trauma; as well as colleagues. 

Trinette has a desire is to empower children, adolescents and adults in a nurturing, healing and supportive environment which came to fruition as a result of her rich history working with children and adolescents in community sport, as well as children, adolescents and adults during her time as a senior police officer.
