At Move Move Pilates we’re all about you. And we’re specialists in helping women over 50 get moving and get stronger.
Our small group (max 4) sessions will get you moving and ease those post-lockdown niggles.
You’ll begin with a one-on-one Consult session to assess where you’re starting from. Then, you can choose from over 50 classes each week including our tailored 360 Studio Pilates plus group Reformer, Tower and Vibe Pilates.
