What is fat cavitation
Fat Ultrasound Body Contouring sculpts your figure and enhances your silhouette by reducing

How does Ultrasound Body Contouring work?
Ultrasound Body Contouring is a medically-established scientific principle that works by applying
ultrasound energy to the targeted area of fat cells, converting the fat to a liquid state. The fatty
acids are then dispersed and processed through the lymphatic system - your body’s natural
filtration system. Ultrasound Body Contouring is specially designed to treat only the targeted fatty

What is skin tightening?
Radio Frequency, also referred to as RF, is a fantastic treatment for tightening loose or sagging
skin on any area of the body to produce firmer, more youthful looking skin.
How does RF work?
RF works by generating heat and applying it to the epidermal and dermal layers of the skin. The
heat causes tissue retraction, resulting in instantly tighter and firmer skin. It also works to

Why use an infrared sauna?
An infrared sauna is very different to a traditional hot rocks or steam sauna. It’s safe and far more effective than the traditional saunas. Research shows that the infrared can penetrate about 3.5 - 4cm into the body and for this reason they get great results at much lower temperatures. Not only is the cooler temperature more comfortable for people, but far infrared also cleanses the tissues more effectively. The heat is not just effective for bacteria die-off, but has a whole host of other detoxification effects, as it allows the skin to detoxify toxins, including heavy metals, more effectively, essentially taking pressure off the internal detoxification organs.
