EOFY NETWORKING EVENT IN MOORABBIN

75 local business owners from the City of Kingston community celebrated the EOFY in style at LOEV in Moorabbin!

Small businesses don’t often get the chance to let their hair down and celebrate with their peers in a business setting - there’s just no time usually! But at Kingston Collective, we think another lap around the financial year clock is something well worth celebrating - and celebrate we sure did.

Our networking events for small business owners always showcase local businesses doing what they do best. For us, supporting local isin’t just a tagline you see; it’s a way of life.

An incredible heartfelt thanks goes straight out to the Mayor of Kingston, Cr Jenna Davey-Burns. Not only did she deliver an inspiring speech to the room about the strength and success of our local area, but she stayed for the entire event to give time and energy to our business owners wishing to connect, take photos, and chat with her. Amazing!

Thank you to the Business Team from Kingston Council for supporting our event, and for the ongoing work in promoting businesses in our local area. Visit their website for more information on the Business Services available.

An impressive grazing table from Regnier Cakes kept the guests full and fed, and the brilliant team from unique function venue LOEV even concocted a themed signature cocktail for the evening “The KC Cocktail” coloured purple! The venue is a hidden gem, filled with lots of interesting bits and pieces which made excellent talking points.

LoveCo Beauty had a little touch-up corner, offering complimentary hair and make-up touch ups throughout the event, and the ultra talented local photographer Jules of Julieanne Perrera Photography roamed the event to capture the connections just beautifully.

Drinks and conversations flowed effortlessly, with a motivating vibe of collective encouragement and enthusiasm in the air. Community-based networking with a true values-centred approach to connection and collaboration above competition.

Rebecca Monforte, owner of Kingston Collective, held the floor with another heartfelt speech about her passion for supporting this growing community - and launched the new Kingston Collective website, including three new tiers of Membership levels available. It was an outstanding event. Thanks to all who joined in the celebrations!
